What CSS Stands For in Pakistan?
In Pakistan, CSS stands for Central Superior Services. It is an elite civil service authority which is responsible for running the bureaucratic operations and government secretariats and directorates of the Cabinet of Pakistan. Derived from the colonial legacy of the former Indian Civil Service, the civil service of Pakistan came into being immediately after the establishment of the country as the “Civil Service of Pakistan”.
